LFDT is committed to supporting and recognizing the work of our artists appropriately and equitably. To this end, we provide significant resources for the development of new work, subsidize production costs to realize their fullest potential, and compensate our artists according to a substantial, standard fee structure.

LFDT supports the development, creation, and presentation of works that find their inspiration or form in dance. Comprised of a contemporary dance company. An international class series, and a research platform that unites dance artists and renowned multidisciplinary collaborators with the public, LFDT creates a community of exchange that fosters dance-centered collaborations in Canada and internationally.
